Come and join Juju, founder & head trainer at Cloud Nine Collective, at 1 Hotel Mayfair for a signature Cloud Nine Pilates sculpt class followed by a meditation session and self-love workshop led by Portia, Cloud Nine's Yoga & Meditation instructor.
You'll also get to enjoy a variety of delicious healthy snacks and fresh smoothies, along with a chance to win exciting wellness/beauty goodies.
This is a charity event, and all funds will go to Nagar Women's Health House, a clinic that provides vital healthcare to underserved women and children in rural Pakistan.
