  • Where can I access the app?
    The Cloud Nine Collecive app is available via your Browser, and you can easily save the app to your homescreen on your iPhone/Android Smartphone. (App Store and Google Play versions coming soon!) This means you have easy access through your phone, and can also log in via your laptop if you'd like a larger screen to follow workouts! (You can also use Airplay to stream classes straight from your phone/laptop to your Airplay compatible TV.)
  • How can I reset my password?
    All you need to do is click 'forgot password' at log in via the mobile app or your browser, and you will be emailed instructions to reset your passoword. You can also reset your password in your 'profile' within the app.
  • How do I edit my personal information?
    Go into the 'profile' section of your app. From there you can edit your personal information, goals and preferences at any time.
  • Am I old enough to use the app?
    You must be over 16 to use the Cloud Nine Collective app.
  • Can I use the app if I'm injured?
    Please consult with a doctor before taking part in any of our workouts so you are sure of what is safe for you.
  • How does the fitness section of the app work?
    When you sign up, you will be taken through a short questionnaire so that we can get you on the right workout guide. (You have the choice to browse guides and change guides afterwards if you like!) Once you have been put on a guide, Juju will handpick your workouts each week depending on the guide you are on. With the exception of the beginner guide, you will be suggested 4 workouts to do per week (and 6 workouts for the advanced guide), but you have total control to add/delete workouts to suit your schedule. The guides will roll in infinitely, with new content and workouts weekly so that you dont get bored! You can change guides any time in the 'my profile' area. If you are put on the beginner guide, this is a set 8 week guide consisting of 3 workouts per week. The workouts are a mixture between Sweat and Pilates, and will progressively become more challening in order to prepare you for one of the more advanced guides!
  • Do I need equipment?
    All of the Pilates, Sweat and Stretch workouts do not require equipment. However, a band is optional for some of the workouts (you can get yours here!), and the Power workouts will require weights and, in some cases, a resistance band.
  • Are the workouts suitable for me?
    We believe in making fitness accessible for all ability levels. We have an 8-week Newbie Guide if you are totally new to working out. Pilates is low impact in nature and focuses on form and mind to muscle connection. It is pefect for bulding strength and lengthening without being too harsh on the body. There are also modifications for all of the high impact/advanced exercises for both Sweat and Power workouts, so if you would like to opt for low impact workouts or are finding something too difficult, we've got you!
  • What different workout guides are there?
    We currently offer 7 workout guides: THE 3-2-1 METHOD The 3-2-1 Method is my secret formula which I am so excited to share with you. I've found this method to be the perfect balance between Pilates, Weights, and Cardio which has made me feel the best I've ever felt! We will be doing 3 Pilates, 2 Power, and 1 Sweat session per week. This guide has 6 workouts per week and will roll on forever with a different schedule and workouts each week. NEWBIE GUIDE If you’re totally new to working out, we’ve got you! Unlike the other guides which roll on continuously, this one will last 8 weeks and will prepare you to move on to one of our more advanced guides. You’ll be taken through 8 weeks of Pilates and Sweat classes, learning the basics and building up your stamina and strength progressively. SCULPT & SWEAT This guide includes both Pilates and Sweat workouts, so you’ll have the perfect balance between that slow burn and high-intensity sweaty sessions. This guide will roll on forever, with a different schedule and workouts each week. STRENGTHEN & SCULPT This guide is perfect for you if you're looking to build overall strength. With a mixture between weighted Power sessions and bodyweight Pilates sessions, get ready to feel stronger mind and body. This guide has 5 workouts per week and will roll on forever with a different schedule and workouts each week. SCULPT This guide is perfect for you if you’re looking to lengthen and strengthen. Get ready to feel that deep muscular burn, build your core strength, improve your flexibility and get that mind to muscle connection Pilates is so great for. This guide will roll on forever, with a different schedule and workouts each week. TOTAL SWEAT Get ready to sweat! This total shred guide gives you sweaty, high-intensity workouts to your heart’s content. This guide will take your stamina to another level and give you that post-workout endorphin kick every time. This guide will roll on forever, with a different schedule and workouts each week. ADVANCED ANGEL Ready to take it to the next level? This guide is advanced and will consist of a diverse and challenging workout schedule. On this guide, you will be doing 6 workouts per week including Sweat, Pilates and Power sessions! Dumbbells and a resistance band are required. This guide will roll on forever, with a different schedule and workouts each week.
  • How can I switch to a different workout guide?
    You can switch to a different workout guide at any time in the 'profile' section of the app.
  • How does the nutrition section of the app work?
    In the initial sign up, you will be asked a series of questions so that we can suggest the correct meal plan for you and your goals. You can either plan your meals yourself by adding what you like to your planner, or we can do it for you! If you choose the latter, we will fill your planner with meals a week in advance so that you can plan ahead. We also understand that not everyone wants to see calories, so this is an optional feature which you can change any time in your 'profile' area.
  • Are the meals suitable for me?
    We understand that each person has individual needs and dietary requirements. For this reason, we have included meals to suit a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy free and gluten-free diet. You also have free reign to swap out any ingredients for something that suits you!
  • Can I change my dietary preferences?
    Yes! You can do this any time in the 'my profile' section.
  • Do I have to track my meals?
    No! If you'd prefer not to do this, you just need to turn it off in the 'my profile' area. We understand that not everyone wants to track their meals and that's totally fine. It's up to you whether you'd like to do this or not.
  • What does my subscription include?
    Your subscription gives you unlimited access to the Cloud Nine Collective app, which includes: Over 200 follow-along workout videos including Pilates, Sweat, Power and Stretch. (With new content added weekly!) 7 workout guides to choose from, including a beginner-friendly 8-week guide. A custom workout planner - we know everyone’s schedule is different so you have the freedom to move/add/remove workouts to suit you. Over 100 dietician approved recipes with loads of options whether you’re vegan, pescatarian vegetarian or gluten-free…we’ve got options for you! A custom meal planner so you can stay on top of your nutrition. ​
  • Does my subcription automatically renew?
    Yes, according to which subscription you have selecetd, your subscription will automatically renew monthly, quarterly or anually.
  • Can I cancel my subcription at any time?
    Of course! Though we would be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your access to Cloud Nine will stop at the end of your billing cycle.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds.
