If you're starting with the beginner guide, you'll follow a structured 8-week plan with 3 workouts per week. This guide combines Sweat and Pilates workouts, gradually increasing in difficulty to prepare you for more advanced programs.

All Pilates, Sweat, and Stretch workouts are equipment-free. However, some workouts may benefit from using a band. For Power workouts, you'll need weights and, in some cases, a resistance band.

When you first sign up, we'll ask you a series of questions to help us recommend the best meal plan for your goals. You have the flexibility to either curate your own meal plan by selecting your favourite dishes or let us handle it for you. If you choose the latter, we'll populate your planner with a week's worth of meals in advance, so you can plan ahead with ease. We also recognise that not everyone prefers to track calories, so this feature is optional and can be adjusted anytime in your 'Profile' settings.
