Absolutely not! You can achieve your goals at any stage of life. Just make sure to choose a guide and exercises that match your fitness level, and use our feature to swap out any exercise for a more suitable option. Please note, you must be 16 years or older to buy the app, so if you're under 16, we recommend getting permission from a parent or guardian first.

If you have a pre-existing illness, injury, physical disability, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning your health and fitness journey. For the incredible mums who are breastfeeding, it's recommended to discuss your Cloud Nine Collective plans with your doctor before starting. You may also want to adjust the intensity of your workouts to suit your individual needs.

It’s a fantastic space to connect with like-minded individuals, share tips, offer support, and showcase your wellness journey. After signing up, simply request to join, and one of our friendly community managers will grant you access.
