Cycle syncing
The concept of 'cycle syncing' involves aligning your lifestyle with the various phases of your menstrual cycle. Research has shown that by understanding and adapting to hormonal changes, and tailoring workouts to each phase, you can enhance your overall well-being by reducing stress, improving your mood, and boosting your performance.
Menstruation: During this phase, energy levels may be lower. We recommend low-impact, gentle exercises such as Pilates, yoga, walking, and stretching.
Follicular phase: As energy levels increase following menstruation, this phase is ideal for ramping up workout intensity. High-impact exercises like strength training, HIIT, and power walks are especially effective during this time.
Ovulation: With energy levels peaking around ovulation, it’s the perfect time for more intense workouts. Focus on sweat workouts, power workouts, and heavy lifting to maximise strength and endurance.
Luteal phase: As you approach your next menstruation, you might experience a slight dip in energy. It’s important to listen to your body and start doing gentler exercises that feel right for you, such as moderate weight training and Pilates.

My name is Juju, Founder and Head Trainer at Cloud Nine Collective.
I’m very open about the fact that I was never sporty growing up. I never saw myself as someone who could be ‘athletic’ let alone do this as a profession.
Fast forward to now, fitness has done so much for me. It is about so much more than looking a certain way. I genuinely enjoy working out now and want to help as many women as I can to feel the same way. Having trained hundreds of amazing Women and gone through my own personal physical and mental transformation, I'm so excited to share my secret formula with you and help you to feel like you're on Cloud Nine!

My name is Portia and I am the Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide for Cloud Nine Collective!
I've practised yoga and meditation since I was 14 years old and started my holistic journey and training when I was 20 working as a therapist and healer. At the same time, I completed my reiki attunement allowing me to incorporate the understanding of energy in all my work.
Alongside this, I also learnt and practised tarot card and astrology chart reading which helped me to open up the understanding of our place and purpose in the universe.
I have many years of experience and knowledge in healing the body mind and soul collectively. It is my absolute passion to bring others with me on the journey of mindfulness and self-discovery.
